Digital Product — No Refunds

Since the Soul Portrait is a digital product that is generated and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once the image has been generated and/or downloaded.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and that the generation process begins immediately.

Technical Failures — Full Refund

If the image generation fails due to technical errors on our end and we are unable to deliver your Soul Portrait, you are entitled to a full refund.

To request a refund for a failed generation, please contact us at stellar.ai.app@gmail.com with your order details and we will process your refund promptly.

  • The email address used for your order
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the issue
